| Atlanta Music Director/Musician/Songwriter/Arranger seeks local church position |
Hello, my name is Debbie Hess and I am the owner of Gospel Piano Resource, a
worldwide piano instructional website specializing in gospel music and home based in
Atlanta, Georgia.
I am currently seeking a position in the greater Atlanta metro area as a Music
Director/Band Director/Worship Director. I have over 15 years of experience in leading
worship teams and training members of the worship team. I am well versed in the areas
of Gospel, traditional, and contemporary.
I am a keyboard player and have worked with and trained the following instruments:
acoustic and electric guitars, bass, drums, woodwinds, brass, percussion, organ and
more.
The following list is a partial but not all inclusive of the artists I am familiar with:
Chris Tomlin, Hillsongs, Jesus Culture, Bethel, Matt Redman, Paul Balouche, Kristin
Standfill, Christy Nockles, Freddy Rodriquez, Judith McClaister, Israel Houghton, Clint
Brown and a host of others.
Below is a list of additional Ministry Experience/Training
* Ability to direct multi-culturally and generationally.
* Ability to motivate, recruit, and develop others spiritually and musically
* Conduct musician workshops at International Worship Conferences
* Gifts of administration, craftsmanship and shepherding
* Ability to write original music, chart music, score music, teach vocals
* Working knowledge of soundboard,multi-media and lighting.
* Completion of college level apologetics course and a year long Christian Counselling
Course.
* Christian Leadership Class from Oral Roberts University
* Completion of numerous worship workshops from International Worship Institute in
Dallas, Texas and Judah Music Conference in Orlando, Florida.
